Issues to be addressed: Early identification of situations that can develop into genocidal violence. What can be done to bridge the gap between cognisance and genuine action?
How best to understand early warning signals, the importance af fact finding, recognising ethnic tensions, the role of the media and the effects of hate propaganda.

19.30 - 22.00 Reception at Stockholm City Hall
