Robert Picht


Ph.d. Professor of European Sociology and Director of the Programme of General And Interdisciplinary Studies and Vice-Rector at the College of Europe in Bruges. Vice Chairman in the Board of Gouvernors at the European Cultural Foundation in Amsterdam. Since 1972 until 2000 The Director of the Franco-German Institute in Ludwigsberg.
