Lic.iur. Legal and IT counsel for the private industry, several governmental and international organizations, publicist and lecturer on IT law at the University of Basel law school. Published many articles on the technical, economical and legal aspects of the Internet and received awards for that. Member of several commissions, advisory boards and expert groups. Published the first comprehensive handbook about Internet and the law in Switzerland (1997), as well as one about the risks of the Internet and about making business on the Internet. Since 2001 he has been a staff member of the National Economy Supply

Publications include: Current Problems and Possible Strategies for Combating Racism on the Internet, published by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Geneva (2000), New Ways how to Fight Racism on the Web in: Neue Zürcher Zeitung 3.3.2000, and The Globalization of the Internet as Challenge: The Problem and how to deal with it, (2001).
