Ed. D., Tempel University, Philadelphia. Director, The National Academy for Holocaust and Genocide Teacher Training and the Master of Arts Program in Holocaust and Genocide Studies at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Executive Director of the Annual Scholars' Conference on the Holocaust and the Churces. Senior Reseaerch Consultant to the Philadelphia Center on the Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights.  Founding member of the editorial board of Holocaust and Gendocide.
 
Publications include: Has written and co-edited numerous books on the Holocaust, including "The Holocaust: Lessons for the Third Generation" (1997), "The Abuses and Uses of Knowledge" (1997), "Confronting the Holocaust: A Mandate for the 21:st Century", "Hearing the Voices: Teaching the Holocaust to Future Generations" (1999).
