Waldo Vilallpando


Lawyer and Doctor in Juridical and Social Sciences. Previously Principal Professor at the University of Buenos Aires, currently Principal Professor on International Relations of the Belgrano University, Argentina and Consultant of the University of Enterprisal and Social Sciences. Served at the United Nations for nearly 20 years. Chief of Diplomatic Mission in Honduras, Italy and Spain. Consultant of the Argentinian National Institute Against Discrimination (INADI).

Publications include: Defense of Human Rights, (1976), State and Population (1979) The situation of the refugees in the world (1994), UN report on refugees published in six languages, as member of Drafting Committee (Latin American,; Peace is dangerous (1999), novel on the background of the political crisis in Central America; From the Human Rights to the International Criminal Law (2000).
