M.Sc; community social worker, director of a NGO- Vzájemné soužití - Life Together, and head of the Broumovsko Protected Area; previously English language teacher in the Czech republic; long-term pedagogical experience with both Czech and Roma children, close involvement with both communities over a period of 9 years; Charter 77 'Kriegl' award for personal effort in helping Czech-Roma tolerance; nominated civic member to the Czech Government Human Rights Commission; nominated member of 'Bridge People' team of UNHCR, Prague, for co-operating with EU embassies on current status of the Roma in the CR
