B. D., London University, 1991. Co-founder and Executive Director of the Aegis Institute. Founding Director of the Beth Shalom Holocaust Memorial and Education Centre. Project Director of the Kigali Memorial Institute. Lecturer in Holocaust Studies, University of Wolverhampton School of Education, 1994-1995. Member of the Board of Deputies of British Jews Yad Vashem Committee. Member of the Advisory Board of the Manchester Shoah Centre.

Publications include: Beyond Testimony: Witness, Visual History and Education in Foundation Auschwitz International journal, No. 2, 1998, Our Lonely Journey - Remembering the Kindertransport (1999), Making Memory: Creating Britain's First Holocaust Centre (1999), co-author, The Racial State (CD-ROM, 1999), Forgotten Places: The Remnants of Destruction (2000).
